Dassani Dentistry accepts and works with most major insurance providers. While dental insurance is an agreement between you and your carrier, we will help by filing your claim and ensuring that you receive the maximum benefits. Additionally, we accept direct payments from most insurance carriers. We will estimate your deductible, which will be due at the time of service. You are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than expected. Insurance claims denied or unpaid after 60 days are the responsibility of the patient.
We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All payments are expected at the time of service. For more extensive necessary dental care, financial arrangements may be made with the office.
If charges exceed $5000, a 5% courtesy will be extended for full payments made in advance.
